RSG Automation Technics — Booth 1956 (German Pavilion)
RSG Automation Technics GmbH & Co. KG, located in Bietigheim-Bissingen near Stuttgart, has long been established as a global market leader for customer-specific facilities for fully or semi-automated processing of narrow fabrics, and was able to expand its position worldwide in the previous decade, primarily due to the steadily growing internationalization.
With these systems, products such as lifting and lashing straps, slings, and seat and safety belts can be processed and assembled in a fully automated way. Also, ultrasonic and laser applications can be implemented at production facilities.
In addition, over the last two years, we have developed various new types of production lines, which can be used to automatically produce different types of airbags and home textiles. These systems will utilize several 6-axis robots.
The unique solutions allow significant time and cost savings for RSG customers and increase consistently and reproducibly production capacity and product quality. As an indispensable addition, the patented monitoring technologies for sewing processes were established on the market, which guarantees a fully supervised sewing process.
