Now, with JUKI's digital sewing system DDL-9000C, sewing machine adjustments are fully digitalized. The settings can be reproduced with total accuracy to perfectly suit the materials being sewn.
Juki Corporation has renewed DDL-9000C Series optional products that further improve productivity and sewing quality.
Releasing the renewal updates, Juki announces that within the thread lock preventer base plate, it has worked on a reduction of twisting and untwisting thread that takes place due to thread flapping.

DDL-9000C Series
The base plate with a thread lock preventer allows operators to work without a loss of efficiency. It’s worth noting here that the DDL-9000C Series is mainly used to sew products that require thick threads such as car seats, furniture, handbags, etc.
